Hyperuricemia
February 19, 2026
A high level of uric acid in the blood. This can be linked to gout or kidney stones.
Weight loss, regular exercise, and limiting the use of rich or processed foods and alcohol may help lower uric acid levels.
See a healthcare professional for:
- Warm, red, swollen, painful or throbbing joints.
- Repeat gout attacks or joint swelling and irritation.
