This fruited honey spread is fat-free and has only 60 calories a serving. Try it as a topping for pancakes or serve it over roasted chicken.

Serves 6

This fruited honey spread is a delicious topping for pancakes or French toast. It's also good served over roasted chicken or pork. If you prefer, use pears, apricots, plums or nectarines instead of peaches.


In a large bowl, add peaches, honey and cinnamon. Mash with a fork until the mixture has the consistency of chunky applesauce. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.


  • 1 can (15 ounces) unsweetened peach halves, drained
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
