Obstructive sleep apnea
June 13, 2017
Obstructive sleep apnea most often affects middle-aged and older adults, and overweight people.
Symptoms include snoring and daytime sleepiness.
Weight loss and continuous positive airway pressure can help. Other treatments include medications, such as decongestants, an oral device, and surgery.
