Jet lag
June 13, 2017
Jet lag is a temporary sleep disorder that can affect anyone who travels quickly across multiple time zones. It occurs when the body's internal clock is out of sync with cues from a new time zone. Cues can include light exposure and eating times.
Fatigue and an ill feeling are symptoms.
Medications and light therapy may help.
